That idea is behind our new Pyramid x Bell Custom 500 collection: five individually hand-painted helmets featuring bespoke colour schemes created to complement selected Triumph, Yamaha and Kawasaki motorcycles.
Each one begins with the iconic Bell Custom 500 before being finished by hand in our UK custom paint shop. The result is a classic open-face helmet with colours and details designed to feel completely at home alongside your motorcycle.
Five bikes, five distinctive designs
The launch collection includes five colour schemes:
Caspian Blue for the Triumph Speed 400
Designed to complement the Caspian Blue Triumph Speed 400, this helmet pairs the Custom 500’s clean, classic shape with a finish tailored to one of Triumph’s most characterful modern classics.
Legend Red for the Yamaha XSR900
The XSR900 blends retro influence with thoroughly modern performance, making it a natural partner for the Bell Custom 500. Our Legend Red design captures the striking red-and-white character of the corresponding Yamaha colour scheme.
Legend Blue for the Yamaha XSR900
Bold blue and yellow tones give the Legend Blue XSR900 an unmistakable presence. This matching helmet carries that energetic colour combination through to the rider.
Metallic Spark Black and Orange for the Kawasaki Z900RS SE
The Z900RS SE combines classic Kawasaki inspiration with premium detailing. Our Metallic Spark Black and Orange finish echoes the bike’s dramatic colour scheme while preserving the understated shape of the Custom 500.

Created for the Candytone Red Z900RS, this rich metallic red-and-gold design celebrates the bike’s heritage-inspired styling and distinctive tank finish.

Individually painted in the UK
These are not standard helmets with a set of decals applied. Every example is individually painted and finished by hand in our UK custom paint shop.
That process allows us to create more considered, motorcycle-specific designs. It also means that small variations can occur from one helmet to another. We see those subtle differences as part of their appeal: each one has its own individual character.
Classic Bell style, made for modern riding
Underneath the bespoke paintwork is Bell’s legendary Custom 500.
Its story stretches back to Bell’s original 1954 production helmet, but the current Custom 500 combines that authentic open-face appearance with contemporary construction and comfort.

A colour-matched helmet creates a connection between bike and rider that an ordinary off-the-shelf design cannot quite achieve. Whether it is the deep Caspian Blue of the Speed 400, the vivid heritage colours of the XSR900 or the rich metallic finish of the Z900RS, each design has been developed to complement the motorcycle without simply copying it.
All five Pyramid x Bell Custom 500 helmets are priced at £599.99. As every helmet is painted to order, please allow approximately four to six weeks for dispatch.
