Created to complement the Metallic Spark Black/Orange Kawasaki Z 900 RS SE, this exclusive Pyramid x Bell Custom 500 combines timeless open-face styling with a distinctive hand-painted finish.
Each helmet is individually painted by hand in our UK custom paint shop, using a bespoke colour scheme matched for the Kawasaki Z 900 RS SE. The hand-finished process gives every helmet its own unique character, with subtle variations making each one truly individual.
Beneath the custom paintwork sits Bell’s iconic Custom 500. Inspired by Bell’s original 1954 production helmet, its refined oval shape and low-profile fit deliver an authentic retro appearance without compromising everyday comfort. A lightweight fibreglass composite shell is paired with a plush, contrast-stitched interior and quick-drying Ionic+™ padding to help manage moisture and control odour.
An integrated five-snap pattern allows the helmet to be paired with a compatible Bell visor or shield, giving you the freedom to personalise its appearance and protection.

How to measure your head

Use a soft tape
Use a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. -
Measure above your eyebrows
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, approximately 2.5cm above your eyebrows. Keep it level and snug, but not tight. -
Measure twice
Take two measurements and use the larger reading to select your helmet size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, Bell recommends choosing the larger size.

Helmet Sizing, Returns & Lead Time
Please take extra care when selecting your helmet size and refer to the size guide above before ordering.
If you need to check the fit once your helmet arrives, please try it on carefully indoors, keeping all labels, protective materials and original packaging intact. Returned helmets must be in new, unused and fully resaleable condition. Please do not remove any labels or stickers if you are considering returning it.
As each helmet is individually hand-painted to order, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for dispatch from the date of your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please note: As every helmet is painted and finished by hand, minor variations may occur. These are a natural characteristic of the process and make each helmet individually unique.
