This time out the BMW F900 R Cup was supporting the World Superbike Championship at Donington Park. Mixing it with the big boys!
Another weekend of mixed weather saw wet practice and qualifying sessions and dry races. A strong wind all weekend also added to the fun.
Al finished the heat race in a season best 6th place after dicing it with the top 5 for most of the race. The main race again saw Al mixing it with the top 10 with an eventual 12th place finish just pipped to the line by one tenth of a second by Rob McNealy.
Next time out is Snetterton and a certain Mr Michael Booth will be piloting the Pyramid Racing by 44Teeth bike less than 11 months after leaving hospital following his IOMTT shunt!
