Perfectly shaped and securely fitted, the wind deflector bags are always easily accessible on the road
The functional bags in this set are custom-shaped to fit the wind deflectors perfectly, making clever use of the space they create. We have placed great emphasis on excellent accessibility while riding, allowing you to easily reach the well-protected contents from the saddle. Vehicle documents and wallets have their designated place, and the clear design is optimised for larger smartphones such as the iPhone 14 Pro. To allow charging on the go, the left-hand bag features an E-Connect (waterproof cable) access. Each bag is attached and removed in just a few steps using two strong hook-and-loop straps, ensuring a secure, flutter-free hold during the ride. Thanks to their multi-layer construction, the bags retain their shape even when empty, and the contents are well protected against vibration. The zips feature grippy pullers, are water-repellent and dustproof, and the pullers are concealed when closed. The fluorocarbon-impregnated Cordura fabric is extremely abrasion-resistant and UV-stable, water-repellent, and coated on the inside. Wunderlich BLUE – sustainable fabric
The innovative CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric, which we are using for the ELEPHANT for the first time, is made from high-strength nylon 6.6 multifilament fibres produced in an extrusion process. In this continuous process, the added colour is effectively “locked” into the fibre itself. This eliminates the need for subsequent, environmentally harmful dyeing and washing processes. The method developed by CORDURA® inventor INVISTA for producing CORDURA® TrueLock™ conserves resources by reducing water and energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, while improving durability, service life, and wear resistance. The innovative fabric offers outstanding colourfastness, vibrancy, and UV stability, with improved fade and abrasion resistance.
