The Wunderlich VARIO Rain Cover Waterproof. Tailored. Quiet when riding.
This water- and windproof rain cover protects your tank bag and its contents when riding in bad weather – especially in the rain. It features a top-mounted viewing window that allows a clear view of the map compartment.
It is made of waterproof ripstop – an exceptionally tear-resistant (and tear-propagation-resistant) nylon fabric with a superb balance of low weight and high durability. It is UV-stable, won’t age or fade, and the seams are welded to be waterproof. It is tailored to fit and can be comfortably adjusted to a height of 27 or 34 cm depending on the extension of the tank bag. The adjustment is made via an all-round zip. A secure fit is ensured by an elastic drawcord, which also effectively prevents wind-induced flapping and the associated noise. The snug fit also avoids any friction between the cover and tank bag, thereby preventing premature wear.
Access to the tank bag is possible from above without removing the cover, thanks to the all-round zip. The viewing window can be simply folded open after unzipping.
