ULTIMATE – When It Counts! Purposeful Design for Maximum Resilience and Seamless Integration
The ULTIMATE header pipe guard extends the protective effect of engine protection and crash bars to the left and right header pipes. It contributes significantly to comprehensive protection of the engine and its peripherals.
On the road – and even more so off-road – the three-dimensionally formed stainless steel guard effectively shields the header pipes from stones and other debris.
Its protection is especially vital in rocky terrain, rubble fields, or over ledges. Experience shows that protruding rocks can quickly cause visible dents to the header pipes in the event of a fall or tip-over. Fast-paced off-road riding, particularly during compression or unexpected impacts, may also result in harsh contact with immovable rocks – often causing unnecessary mechanical stress at the header flange on the cylinder head.
Our ULTIMATE header pipe guard helps prevent such risks and minimises the chance of the types of damage described above.
The compact, three-dimensional design made from solid, corrosion-resistant 2.5 mm stainless steel integrates perfectly with the engine’s layout thanks to its edge styling. The matte black powder coating adds durability, and water drainage slots support flow-through in water crossings and reduce heat build-up.
The combination of two-point mounting and structural stiffness ensures the excellent durability and protection offered by the ULTIMATE header pipe guard.
