We manufacture our agile sports seats with a specific, sport-ergonomic, differentiated 3D contour that integrates rider and passenger perfectly into the BMW M 1000 XR and S 1000 XR.
The zonally arranged and deliberately varied cover materials work in tandem with the sport seat contour to provide necessary grip exactly where it is needed—while allowing the intuitive freedom of movement essential for confidently controlling a performance bike in a relaxed, sporty, and safe manner.
The shape and tilt of the elaborately crafted seat core further support an ergonomically beneficial, natural pelvic posture.
All these features result in a relaxed riding experience and enhance active safety for both rider and passenger.
With our ThermoPro rider and passenger seats, the seat surface temperature in full summer sun is up to 25°C lower than that of conventional cover materials.

Because rider and passenger needs differ, BMW specialist Wunderlich crafts AKTIVKOMFORT seats with specific contours for each. The contours differ in detail based on the respective requirements. For both, the proven, distinctive ergonomic 3D contour as well as the shape and tilt of the elaborately processed seat core support a naturally ergonomic pelvic posture.

“Seat sagging” is reliably prevented thanks to the thoughtful construction, and seat pressure is evenly distributed over a wider area—leading to significantly reduced pressure on sensitive areas. Comfortable! The ergonomic shape of the special foam also relieves pressure on the sensitive tailbone.
They offer excellent support and active, secure control even during aggressive riding—especially under braking: Who hasn’t experienced that moment when a passenger suddenly pushes forward while braking, forcing the rider to brace and steer at the same time? Thanks to Wunderlich's specially developed support contour, such surprises are a thing of the past. The innovative, ergonomic 3D contour also prevents pressure points on the inner thighs when standing at traffic lights.
