Exhaust Compatibility
The exhaust hangar has been designed to be compatible with the OEM exhaust system.
Aftermarket exhaust systems may be compatible provided they mount from the same position as the OEM exhaust (front of the rear foot peg bracket).

Included in the Kit
- 2× Blanking Blocks (Left & Right) – Manufactured from Nylon PA12 using industrial Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing technology, delivering a strong, dense component with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
- 1× CNC-Machined Exhaust Hanger – Precision-machined aluminium hanger designed to replace the original exhaust-side foot peg bracket.
Removing the rear foot pegs instantly tidies up the back end of the CB1000 Hornet, giving the bike a noticeably cleaner and more purposeful look. This kit replaces the bulky passenger peg brackets with low-profile blanking blocks that sit neatly in the factory mounting points.
The blanking blocks are produced using professional-grade MJF 3D printing, not traditional home printing methods. This process creates highly durable, structurally sound parts with a smooth, uniform, OEM-style finish, ensuring a precise fit and long-term reliability once installed.
On the exhaust side, the CNC-machined hanger takes over the role of supporting the silencer after the original foot peg bracket is removed. It mounts directly to the existing fixing points, maintaining correct exhaust alignment while significantly reducing visual clutter.
