At Puig, we manufacture it from high-quality PMMA, a material that offers excellent resistance to potential impacts and optimal aerodynamic performance, providing greater protection against wind and adverse weather conditions.
To guarantee its performance, we subject our windscreens to wind tunnel testing, where we analyse their aerodynamic behaviour and the level of protection they provide to the rider. For most models, you can consult the product-specific aerodynamic study.
We have designed the product to facilitate installation and ensure a precise fit on the motorcycle. The windscreen includes the necessary instructions to carry out the installation correctly.

Design
The Puig NG Touring windshield for the Suzuki DR-Z4S has been developed to improve aerodynamic protection and increase riding comfort both on the road and during adventure rides. Its design has been specifically engineered to channel airflow more efficiently, creating a volume that redirects the wind upwards and to the sides, reducing direct pressure on the rider and minimizing fatigue while riding. Inspired by the clean, functional lines of the new Suzuki DR-Z4S front end, the NG Touring windshield integrates perfectly with the original headlight cowl, following its straight and compact shapes to deliver a fully integrated appearance. Its larger protective surface enhances rider comfort without altering the motorcycle's lightweight and versatile character. It is available in clear, smoke, dark smoke, black and red finishes.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona using the latest plastic manufacturing technologies, the NG Touring windshield is made from 3 mm high-impact CN acrylic, providing outstanding transparency, excellent impact resistance and long-lasting durability. Its Ø4 mm rounded edge enhances safety while complying with the most demanding European regulations. The mounting system features three 3 mm steel brackets with an anti-corrosion treatment and textured black finish, ensuring a robust installation and seamless integration with the motorcycle. Its dimensions are 355 mm high, 335 mm wide and 85 mm deep, increasing protection by 195 mm compared to the original screen. It is also TÜV approved.
Mounting
Installation is quick and straightforward by following the instructions supplied by Puig, with no advanced mechanical knowledge required. The windshield can be installed in just a few minutes using the motorcycle's dedicated mounting points. Aerodynamics
The NG Touring windshield has been designed to reduce the air pressure acting on the rider, improving torso protection and minimizing turbulence around the upper body. The result is a more comfortable riding experience, significantly reducing fatigue on long journeys while increasing comfort and control both on and off the road.
