Design
The Puig Rear Deflector Set for the BMW R1300R and R1300RS has been developed to protect one of the most exposed areas at the rear of the motorcycle, preventing water, mud and road debris thrown up by the rear wheel from reaching the rider while riding. Despite its discreet visual integration, it performs an important protective function, helping to keep the rider's boots, trousers and the components located between the swingarm and the subframe much cleaner. Its design has been carefully engineered to completely cover the area between the passenger footrests and the gear shift and rear brake levers, creating an effective barrier against spray generated when riding on wet roads or dirty surfaces. In addition, its shape integrates perfectly with the lines of the BMW R1300R/RS, enhancing the overall appearance without altering the motorcycle's original styling. Available in matte black and carbon-look finishes.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona using the latest technical plastic moulding technologies, the Rear Deflector Set is made from high-quality 3 mm ABS, providing an excellent combination of lightweight construction, strength and durability against impacts from stones and other small debris encountered while riding. The mounting system features 3 mm steel brackets finished in textured black paint, ensuring a secure installation and seamless integration with the motorcycle. Its dimensions are 153 mm high and 544 mm long, providing extensive coverage of the rear area without affecting the motorcycle's ergonomics or styling.
Mounting
Installation is quick and straightforward by following the instructions supplied by Puig, with no modifications to the motorcycle required. Aerodynamics
The Rear Deflector Set has been designed to reduce the amount of water, mud and road debris projected by the rear wheel, minimising the impact on the rider's legs and the motorcycle's rear components.
